My View

Leadership is not for the faint of heart. Every leader will, at some point, face resistance, criticism and even personal attacks. People may disagree with our decisions, question our leadership judgment or challenge our very identity. In these moments, spiritual fortitude is not just an asset — it is essential.

Spiritual fortitude is the inner strength that enables us to lead with grace, integrity and resilience, even in adversity. It allows us to stay true to our values, respond with wisdom and remain steadfast despite external pressures. My faith in God has been instrumental in developing this strength, shaping my ability to navigate leadership with conviction and grace.

A Guided Path

There are moments in leadership when we must make difficult decisions — not only for the organizations we serve but for ourselves. I faced such a challenge when I had to consider new opportunities that better aligned with both my professional aspirations and personal well-being.

The uncertainty of stepping away from the familiar and venturing into the unknown was daunting. However, it was in this process that my faith in God became stronger than ever.
