REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES
At German With Laura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges if you notify us at laura@新澳门六合彩.com within 14 days of an online course purchase. You can return the course purchased for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
After 14 days, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges for online products.
Cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order for any reason — or simply changed your mind — please contact us as soon as possible to receive a full refund. We aim to provide online access to courses within 24 hours of receiving an order. If you do not receive access to your course within five days, please contact us at laura@新澳门六合彩.com.
REFUND POLICY FOR BOOKS
At German With Laura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the book(s) you purchased, we offer returns or exchanges if you notify us at laura@新澳门六合彩.com within 30 days of purchase. You can return the book(s) purchased for a different product or a refund to the original payment method as long as the book(s) are unused and in original condition. For example, books that have been written in or highlighted in are not eligible for returns. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, including shipping costs.
After 30 days, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges on books.
Cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order for any reason — or simply changed your mind — please contact us as soon as possible to receive a full refund. We aim to process orders within 1-2 days of receiving an order, and if the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Product lost in transit. If the product never arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.
Received the wrong product. Please let us know immediately, not later than 10 days after arrival, if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered. We will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund as you request once you mail back the wrong product.
Before returning your product, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you would like to return, so we can issue a return. You can email us at laura@新澳门六合彩.com. We can’t accept returns unless we鈥檝e issued a return. We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
