Jeff Pelzel is the Director of Executive Leadership Engagement at PowerSchool supporting school districts across California. He spent 28 years working in public education in Washington State (20 years) and California (8 years). He began his career as a high school math and psychology teacher before transitioning into various leadership roles at the school and district level. Most recently, he was the Superintendent (2018-2022) in the Newhall School District in Valencia, California leading a high achieving elementary school district. Jeff is an equity-focused, well-respected, visionary leader. He is adept at building personal connections and instilling a common vision and drive towards accelerated success.
